OSA is a world-leading heater manufacturing company, focusing on the development and production of key components for the semiconductor industry both domestically and internationally. Chuangtai is recognized by various large semiconductor companies as the most outstanding manufacturer in the production of new heaters, as well as in refurbishment and repair services.
Our products mainly include heaters for the production of CVD and PVD, as well as processing pads for robot arm wafers.
OSA has been continuously developing new 6, 8, and 12-inch heaters, incorporating unique design concepts into its products. In this way, we are gradually making significant progress, rapidly approaching our ultimate goal: zero defects.
